Welcome to the website for the West Texas Cycling Association. The WTCA includes two member organizations: the Lubbock Bicycle Club (LBC) which supports the touring activities of the WTCA, and the Chaparral Cycling Club (CCC) which promotes the bicycle racers of the WTCA.
